Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Sofee and Lenee ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.  Additionally, Sofee & Lenee ships merchandise to some international locations as indicated below in International. Please see below for detailed information regarding shipments. 

Sofee and Lenee will always process your order as quickly as possible, and your order will generally be shipped within 2 business days.  Unless otherwise noted, we carry all items we offer in stock, so your purchase will always be shipped directly from us.

We ship orders via USPS, both domestic and international.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you after shipment. Upon delivery, the shipment is scanned as "delivered", which confirms delivery to you.  We do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.  Orders of $200 and above will be shipped with a signature confirmation.  If you wish to purchase insurance or signature confirmation for your merchandise shipment of a lower order amount, please include a note with your order. We'll contact you before shipping your order for details.

Please note that sometimes, electronic USPS tracking information can be delayed or the shipment is delivered without any electronic updates.

At this time, we offer standard shipping to all domestic addresses for $5.00 (non-refundable). If you prefer priority shipping, please indicate it accordingly at checkout for a charge of $8.00 (non-refundable).  

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. We have shipped products to many different countries over the years, and have never run into any issues.  However, if you'd like to be sure before ordering, please check with your Customs office to cover any questions you may have. Sofee and Lenee is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

We currently ship to Canada, Australia, and Japan. If you wish to have an order shipped to a different country, please Contact Us to inquire arrangement. For international shipping addresses, shipping charges will apply as follows:

0-1 lbs: $25

1-2 lbs: $35

>2 lbs: $45.

Any amount above the actual shipping cost will be refunded via your original form of payment.

Exchange and Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your merchandise!  If you are not happy with your purchased products or would like to exchange them for a different size, color, or item, you may return them within 21 days of the original purchase date (21 days of shipping date for pre-orders) for a  refund, if the returned items are in new, unused & unwashed condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.  Used, worn, washed or damaged merchandise will not be accepted as returns and will be shipped back to you without any refund.  

We will only issue a refund for the return products (shipping cost is non-refundable) to the credit card used at the time of checkout.  You are responsible for the shipping cost to send your merchandise back to us when returning products to us.
